Hi, my name is Sue, and I created Healthy Eating Design to be a helpful resource of articles, tips, recipes, products and activities that promote healthy choices about food and lifestyle. And reinforce eating habits that are more geared to the individual. What works for one, doesn’t work for all. Isn’t that the truth? Do you ever feel like you need to wake up from the eating habits we’ve been programed to make by media and the food industry? Together, we can talk about what diet based therapy we’ve learned and what we still can learn about our foods.
Wouldn’t you rather use nutrition instead of medication? This is a place to find knowledge and encouragement in better choices with regards to nutrition, women’s health, remedies, recipes and exercise. Want to find out what eating habits we do unconsciously? Do you want to make small tweaks that shift your paradigm about food?
This is where we clean up our pantries and refrigerators of the foods that make us sick and overweight. I want to offer quality products that I’ve researched and tried myself. And to find out from you and others, your experience with what works with diet based therapy. As we get older, the game keeps changing and so we will keep learning how food plays a role in that process. And what changes we need to make about our food and our lifestyle for a healthier tomorrow.
