I created Healthy Eating Design to focus on food and nutrition. I’ve practiced massage therapy for the last 22 years and have witnessed what stress and poor eating habits can do to the body. You see, I believe that the body has everything it needs to heal itself. If given the chance, we can reverse the negative impact of today’s world of junk food.
